With 20 years of health care litigation experience, Darlene King continues to concentrate her practice in the representation of hospitals, doctors and health care professionals in health care litigation, including medical malpractice defense. She guides health care clients with issues involving risk management, crisis management, patient care and liability exposure.
Darlene has been very involved with analyzing electronic medical record implications in litigation and has also done comprehensive national research and analysis on how the ACA can provide new defenses for health care professionals in litigation.
Darlene has many years of comprehensive health care litigation experience encompassing all aspects of professional negligence litigation from inception to trial. She also has advised clients concerning compliance with federal and state statutes and regulations and has represented health care clients before the state licensing board.
Darlene graduated from Dickinson University School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University, J.D., and received a B.S., cum laude, from Millersville University.
